What is your minimum order value?

We have no minimum order value for general packaging. Orders must meet a certain amount for free shipping. Custom projects require a $500 minimum to assign a designer and provide a full proposal.

What is your minimum order quantity?

There’s no minimum order quantity, but higher volumes offer better unit pricing.

Is there a cost for custom packaging design?

Design fees apply to low‑volume projects requiring significant design time. Larger or simpler projects typically have no design fee.

Can you provide certification for your packaging?

We don’t certify packaging in‑house but can design to specific standards and recommend certified testing labs.

What materials do you work with?

We use a wide range of materials, including foams (EPS, PU, PE, XLPE), heat‑treated lumber, plywood, corrugated board (single, double, triple wall), honeycomb, Corrpack, plastics, and rubber.

Do you offer eco‑friendly alternatives to foam?

Yes. Options include paper‑based materials and foams with high recycled content. Our team will recommend the best fit for your application.

What do you need to create a custom solution?

We need product details (CAD files, drawings, or samples), preferred packaging type (crate, box, case), estimated quantity, and required timeline.

What are lead times for custom packaging?

Proposals are typically ready within 2–3 days. Production averages 2 weeks, depending on order size and material availability.
