Challenge
Customer was needing to package battery powered robots that were going to be in storage for a while, the concern was that the batteries in the robots would lose all charge and need to be replaced before they could be used.
Solution
We designed a customized crate that the robot could drive itself into and then had access panels so that the customer could charge the robots while they were in storage, preventing the batteries from getting to a state where they are unable to be recharged.
Outcome
The customer was able to deliver the robots with a solution that would keep the robots in good working order. Instead of having to completely unpack the robots to keep them charged the robots could simply be charged while they were still in the packaging.
