For years, customers across the defense, aerospace, electronics, and medical sectors have quietly pointed their colleagues our way for custom packaging solutions, knowing we’ll take care of their critical shipments with the same care we give to theirs.

We’ve often looked at loyalty programs and thought, “One day.” One day, we’ll find a way to thank our customers who help us build our herd - without gimmicks, without fuss (if not puns!), in a way that actually says: we appreciate you.

Well, that day is here.

Because now, we’re excited to launch our first-ever referral rewards program to thank you for helping us protect more products, the smart way. Here’s how it works.

How it works in 3 Smart Steps!

If you refer a Friend to SmartShield, and they place an order of CA $500 or more, you’ll both receive a $25 gift card of your choice - . It’s our small way of saying a big thank you for your trust - and for helping us continue to grow our herd of customers who care about getting packaging right!

Here’s how to claim your reward:

1. Tell your Friend about SmartShield.
2. Ask them to mention your name when they place their first order. (They can email or call us.)
3. Once their order goes through, we’ll send a gift card of your choice to both of you.

Referral Program T&Cs

We like to keep things simple when it comes to our T&Cs. So here are a few quick notes to keep everything clear as you help us grow:

• The referral must be a new SmartShield customer, not an existing client or a division of an existing client.
• The referred customer’s first order must be CA $500 or more before tax and shipping to qualify.
• Gift cards will be issued once payment for the qualifying order has been received in full.
• Both the referrer and the referral will receive a $25 gift card of their choice from our available selection.
• To qualify, the referral must mention the referrer’s name at the time of order.
• Limit of one gift card per referral company.
• Program is currently open to customers in Canada and the USA only.
• SmartShield reserves the right to modify or end this program at any time.
